11. Prohibited Use of Terminology

Users and Clients are strictly prohibited from representing Corytech as a "payment processor," "bank," or "custodian" in their own marketing, legal, or corporate materials. Our relationship is strictly that of a Technology Vendor and Client.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
